A Swiss Group SA, a company specialised in medical devices and registered in Zurich, was looking to replace its resident trustee director and to transfer its registered office to a canton better aligned with its strategy.
Beyond the simple Commercial Register transfer, the client expected a partner capable of taking over the entire administration: legal and tax advice, mail handling, accounting, VAT, payroll. A single point of contact, with no operational disruption.
