The context

A French success story turned international group.

Approach People Recruitment, today active in France, Spain and Germany, established its European headquarters in Ireland. With its rapid growth on Swiss territory, the group reached a critical threshold: setting up a Swiss subsidiary became a strategic obvious move.

The challenge: quickly form a public limited company (SA) in Geneva and Lucerne, secure legal compliance (Swiss resident director, cantonal authorisations for the placement of services) and roll out a complete administrative mandate — domiciliation, accounting, VAT, work permits, payroll — capable of supporting sustained growth.
